At Luna Outfits your satisfaction matters to us. We truly value every customer and we want you to feel confident when shopping with our brand. If something is not right with your order we are here to support you and find a fair solution.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must still be attached and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear damage stains or alterations will not be accepted.

To begin the return process please email us at lunaoutfitsofficial@gmail.com with your full name order number and reason for the return. Once we review your request we will provide clear instructions on how to send the item back to us. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

After we receive your returned item our team will carefully inspect it. If the return is approved your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the item you received was damaged defective or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos so we can review the issue and assist you promptly.

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Sale items or promotional purchases may also be final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your return is not approved the item can be shipped back to you upon request. We aim to handle every situation fairly and with understanding.
